Quick Lock allows you to quickly disable/enable your Registry Editor, Command Prompt and Task Manager. All you have to do is checking three checkboxes and click Apply.

Requirements
Quick Lock has been tested in Windows XP. I haven’t tested it in Windows 98 or Windows 2000 yet.
